Chuck Huber suffered a massive heart attack on 12/15/2010 while out of town on business. He underwent quintuple bypass surgery on 12/17/2010. As a self employed actor he has no medical insurance to cover the medical expenses. Please consider making a donation to help.
Until we get the Medical Trust Fund finalized, you can donate to Chuck's medical expenses via paypal at kdfhuber@gmail.com
The link is also bringing me to a blank facebook page! I'll go there and try to find it! (I'll come back to this site to see if you've given another link, just in case) Thank you for telling us, you're doing something amazing
Hey Lanipator. This is Anime Angel from OtakusandGeeks blog. I would like to say thank you for posting this. I hope that you won't mind but i put this blog update on our site as well. Even though I can't donate money, I love to help others and pay it forward the best I can. Thank you so much for your hard work on this and on your abridged series. Anime Rules!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow. That other Anon was a royal prick. I've been where Chuck is, and got by on donations from friends and other people myself. So I've sent what I can spare. I hope he makes a speedy recovery.
Guys, anything that needs to be donated to an e-mail account is obviously a scam. And we all know that parody voice actors don't make much, but when a surgery is requried to save someone's life, the government provides financial aid. See through the veil of feelings for Chuck.
Unfortunately at the time I couldn't donate because I didn't have money. I still wouldn't be able to because I don't have a paypal, but that's beside the point lol. However, I did talk to Vic Mignogna at AWA, apparently he and Chuck are close friends. He said that Chuck's doing well. Made a full recovery...well a bit weak for wear but the guy had a quad-bypass. It's a wonder the dude's still breathing.
The Facebook link is taking me to a blank page. I guess I should keep trying? I don't need a Paypal to donate, do I? Because I don't have one.
ReplyDeleteThe link doesn't work.
ReplyDeleteI sent 10 bucks. It's not much, but I hope it'll help.
